1. Shipping Methods

Orders will be shipped via various carriers depending on the region and size of the product.

2. Global Shipping Service

We ship to various regions and countries around the globe.

To check if we ship to your country, simply enter your address at checkout.

3. Customs and Import Fees

We aim for smooth, transparent international shipping. Where possible, we collect taxes and duties at checkout to help you avoid unexpected charges at delivery.

For U.S. customers:
There are no additional charges beyond what you pay at checkout. Your total includes U.S. state tax (where applicable), tariffs, and handling fees, so you won’t pay anything extra when your package arrives.

For EU and UK customers:
We collect VAT at checkout, which means your package will arrive with no additional fees or surprises.

For customers in other countries:
Depending on local import regulations, VAT, customs duties, or other taxes may be charged upon delivery. These fees are determined by your country's customs authority and are beyond our control.

Important: Customs clearance procedures may sometimes cause delivery delays beyond our estimated timeframe. We are not responsible for any packages held, destroyed, or returned by customs or government agencies. If your package is returned to us due to such issues, we will refund your order or apply a return shipping fee before resending.

4. Processing and Shipping Time

Once an order is placed, we will process and ship it out within 3 to 5 business days, unless specified otherwise on product page.

For orders containing handmade/customized/made-to-order items, please review product description for shipment estimates.

Please be advised that global logistics timelines are currently subject to higher uncertainty due to external factors. If you have urgent delivery requirements, we strongly recommend contacting us before placing your order. We will verify if your requested timeframe is achievable based on real-time carrier updates and destination conditions.

5. PO Boxes and Freight Forwarders

We do not recommend using PO Box addresses for delivery. If a PO Box is used, and the delivery fails or the items are lost, we will not be able to provide compensation or replacements. Additionally, we do not ship to freight forwarder addresses. If an order is shipped to such an address and delivery fails, we are not responsible for the lost package.

6. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. If you do not receive tracking details, please contact us at info@shopkuura.com

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If the package is rejected or returned due to an incorrect address, you will be required to cover the cost of reshipping.

8. Shipping Delays

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

Customs processes 

Natural disasters or weather conditions

Transport strikes or delays
