Refund & Return Policy

1. Cancellation: We process orders quickly to ensure fast delivery. Once your payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it enters the shipping phase (or production phase for made-to-order/customized/handmade items) immediately. This means there’s only a short window of time where changes or cancellations are possible.

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible at info@shopkuura.com with the subject line "Cancellation", and include your full name and order number. We’ll do our best to help.

2. Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item during transit, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and provide relevant photos/videos for us to understand and verify the issue. You will then have the option to either request a refund issued back to your original payment method, or request a replacement item. 

We can only accept replacements or refunds in cases where the product is damaged during transit. For reasons other than this, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds. If you have any concerns about a product, please contact us before making a purchase, and we'll be more than happy to provide the information you need to make an informed decision.
