Does Kuura ship internationally?
Yes, Kuura ships worldwide to most countries! If your country appears in the dropdown menu at checkout, we are able to ship our stationery and journal products to you. All international parcels are sent with tracked shipping to ensure they reach you safely. If you are not sure if we deliver to your country - also feel free to drop us a message at info@shopkuura.com.
How long does it take for Kuura to process and ship my order?
At Kuura, our standard order processing time is 1-5 business days. Handmade or customized items will have a crafting period specificed on the product page.
Once your order is packed with care, it will be handed over to the postal service.
Please note that processing time is separate from the actual shipping delivery time. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our studio.

US & Canada: 1-2 weeks
Everywhere Else: 1-4 weeks (Depending on customs and logistics providers)
Can I change, update, or cancel my order after it is placed?
We generally cannot modify or cancel an order once it is placed, which includes changing the shipping address or modifying items. Please double-check your details at checkout.
If you made a critical error with your shipping address, email us immediately at info@shopkuura.com and we will try our best to assist you.
If the order has shipped, we will try our best to help but will note be responsible for missing orders sent to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
What should I do if I didn't receive a confirmation or shipment tracking email?
Please check your spam (or promotions tab on Gmail). Sometimes our emails land there. If you still can't find it, please email us at info@shopkuura.com.
What should I do if I haven't received the package?
If you haven't received the package 5 business days after it is marked 'delivered', please email us at info@shopkuura.com so that we can help investigate.
What should I do if my package is missing or contains damaged items?
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or if your order is missing a product, please email us within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos or videos of the damaged or missing item. You will have the option to either request a refund issued back to your original payment method or request a replacement. We will review it on a case-by-case basis to ensure you are looked after.
What is Kuura's return and refund policy?
Given that many of our products are handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product moves into crafting phase.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, we are not responsible for the missing order, but we can reship it if the buyer covers the additional shipping costs.
